Listening: Within & Beyond

a 4D3N Retreat

Dates: 3 - 6 December 2026 Venue: Museflower Retreat & Spa, Chiang Rai, Thailand Facilitators: Esther Vincent and Youmin Yap

Join retreat facilitators Esther Vincent and Youmin Yap on this heartfelt retreat where we rediscover what it means to listen deeply–without judgment or an agenda, where listening becomes a pathway to clarity, presence and connection–to yourself, those around you, and to the living world.

Through Forest Bathing, Yin Yoga, music, movement, reflection and meaningful conversations, we explore the many ways listening can unfold.

This small and cozy retreat is designed for anyone who is looking to close their year of 2026 in softer and quieter ways, through learning to listen to what has always been there.

Listening is one of the most essential yet overlooked human capacities. In the midst of busy schedules, constant notifications and endless demands for our attention, it becomes easy to lose touch with the quieter voices within us—the wisdom of our bodies, the longings of our hearts, and the gentle invitations offered by the natural world.

This retreat invites you to rediscover the practice of listening.

Through Forest Bathing, Yin Yoga and a thoughtfully curated series of experiences that invite you to ground in the present moment, we explore different ways of listening—not only through sound, but through presence, sensation, movement, reflection and relationship.

Over four days, we will journey through different dimensions of listening—listening to nature, to our bodies, to our hearts, to one another, and to the wider living world. Along the way, we may discover moments of clarity, creativity, connection and gentle insight, each unfolding in its own time.

"Listening is a very deep practice. You have to empty yourself. You have to leave space in order to listen."

— Thich Nhat Hanh
